Consider fines for petty crimes: Prisons boss BY OBERT SIAMILANDU THE Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS) wants the country’s courts to consider imposing fines for minor crimes, instead of imprisonment in order to decongest the country’s overpopulated correctional centres.
