United Teachers of Dade’s (UTD) three months long negotiations to secure higher pay, better working conditions and benefits for Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS)employees have come to a close.
A pay increase of 7 to 10% was still on the table on Thursday for Miami-Dade County Public Schools teachers and already some were celebrating.
Teachers’ raises will range from 7 to 10 percent.
