Kathmandu CEO quits to head Australian Trade Commission
Xavier Simonet was with Kathmandu for half a decade. Kathmandu Group chief executive Xavier Simonet has resigned after more than five years with the dual-listed outdoor clothing and equipment company. In a market release to both the NZX and ASX, the group said Simonet was pursuing another opportunity with the Australian Public Service in a senior role. This has subsequently been revealed to be chief executive at Austrade, the Australian Trade and Investment Commission.
