Kingston Board of Health adopts new fine enforcement policy
Wicked Local KINGSTON – The Board of Health is starting over with a new policy for fining business owners who don’t stop customers from shopping, eating or otherwise conducting business without wearing a mask. The first time, business owners will receive a written notice and be asked to be sure customers as well as employees are wearing their masks. The second time there will be a written warning.
