Inaugural stock dog trials held in Big Sandy Havre Daily News/Colin Thompson The first Bear Paw Classic stock dog trials were held in Big Sandy May 15-16, and organizer Lindsay Boyce said she and her husband Stephen Boyce are already looking into holding another one. "I've been fortunate enough to be able to travel to many trials over the last few years, but it is a whole different ball game hosting a trial of your own," Lindsay Boyce said. "But Stephen and I really enjoyed it, and we hope to be able to host another one later this year or early next year."
