Manchester board hears district updates NEW FRANKLIN — The Manchester Board of Education heard updates from Manchester High School Principal Scott Ross Dec. 20. Ross stated two new math courses would be offered next year at the high school — statistics and probability and business math. He added these courses will be valuable for students
