Plea changed in accident case
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 29 in Wood County Common Pleas Court in the case of an Elmore woman who was indicted for failure to stop after an accident. During a hearing Tuesday, Kelly L. DeStazio, 47, waived her right to a trial and changed her plea of not guilty to guilty.

Elmore woman indicted after injury accident Week Of 1/31/2022
The Wood County grand jury has indicted an Elmore woman on four counts of failure to stop after an accident that occurred Oct. 15 in Lake Township. Kelly L. DeStazio, 47, faces two fourth degree charges and two fifth degree charges following the jury’s decision earlier this month.
