Hinewehi Mohi honoured as Dame Companion of New Zealand Order of Merit
Twenty-two years since the musician first sang the national anthem in te reo at the Rugby World Cup in 1999, Dame Hinewehi Mohi said New Zealanders had done much to embrace the language as a “unique and special part of all of us."
