Print The Poway 4-H Club has been keeping busy with projects and community service, despite going virtual due to the pandemic, said President Ryan Katz. Poway 4-H is a youth-run organization, Katz said. While the organization is agriculturally based, the Poway club leans more to science, technology, engineering and math, as well as community service, he added. “We’re just a big group of kids running a small community (organization) and trying to make the place better,” Katz said. Members can be ages 5 to 19, but must be at least 9 years old to show animals, Katz said. The Poway club has about 30 members, he added. ....
