The Oklahoma Department of Transportation plans to put what's called a Diverging Diamond at Memorial and the Creek Turnpike, but first they'd like to know what you think.  The proposed diverging diamond would be the first of its kind in Tulsa and ODOT hopes it'll make this intersection safer. By: Cal Day Improvements to Highway 20 at Keetonville Hill between Owasso and Claremore are underway. The project calls for Keetonville Hill to be realigned and built to four lanes to cross over the top of the hill. On Highway 20 at 4080 Road, the corridor will be expanded to five lanes. This will be an extension to the previous widening on the west side of the hill.
