Man reportedly found with pot Hazleton police say they arrested a man after finding 0.77 ounces (21.8 grams) of marijuana in the car he was driving on Sept. 16. Kereen K. Carruth, 19, Hazleton, faces possession of a small amount of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary traffic violation. The charges were filed against him Oct. 5 and he was released on $2,500 unsecured bail Dec. 2 by Magisterial District Judge Joseph Spagnuolo, Plains Twp. Arrest papers state an officer on patrol saw a double parked Infiniti sedan on North Poplar Street near Spruce Alley at 4:11 p.m....
