Dayton Community Champions
Chris Shumaker, Thomas Payne, Dr. Luke Chachere, Kerri Bartee, Linda Harris, and Caroline Wadzeck Dayton City Council recognized very deserving Community Champions Monday evening, January 25, at its regular Council meeting.
