Published February 01. 2021 4:00PM In case anyone walks, runs or bikes on River Road you may notice 25 feet of horrible temporary orange fencing installed on top of a rock pile, blocking the view of the river near the I-95 overpass. Isn't that great? A lot owner who feels it is his duty to protect everyone from falling on those rocks is now blocking everyone's view of the river for his own enjoyment.
