Published February 01. 2021 4:00PM  In case anyone walks, runs or bikes on River Road you may notice 25 feet of horrible temporary orange fencing installed on top of a rock pile, blocking the view of the river near the I-95 overpass. Isn't that great? A lot owner who feels it is his duty to protect everyone from falling on those rocks is now blocking everyone's view of the river for his own enjoyment. Town Manager Jim Burt and Zoning Official Tom Zanarini were both contacted and indicated this is not a zoning or ordinance violation. It looks like we will have to live with this trashy look o...
