New Fitness Gym Opens in Reston Town Center
A new fitness gym opened in Reston Town Center this week. Australian fitness company F45 Training brings a mix of functional training, which combines circuit and high intensity interval training, to 11840 Freedom Drive. The opening was delayed by nearly a year due to permitting hiccups and the COVID-19 pandemic. The gym previously expected to open in May. Another location is planned at Faraday Park.
