Hias has been in ukraine for many, many years, since 2000. since 2014 we've been operating there as right to protection which is an independent ukrainian organization led by ukrainians. we have 160 people in ukraine working for them who are many of them displaced persons themselves. right now they're focused on making sure people have the documentation they need to flee. this is both ukrainians as well as asylum seekers from other countries who are stuck in ukraine right now. giving them cash-based assistance to make sure they can make the journey. >> that documentation piece is so important. ...
