KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (WBTV) - The City of Kannapolis will celebrate “National Random Act of Kindness Day” on February 17, and they’re sweetening the deal to make it more fun.
City leaders say they want residents to come and meet our two new Chiefs – Fire Chief Tracy Winecoff and Police Chief Terry Spry. They will be handing out cups of hot chocolate, face masks, and other goodies in front of Kannapolis City Hall. ....
