You're invited ! The December nature meditation will be on Saturday, December 16, at the Lisbon Community Park at 9:00 AM sponsored by the Kintsugi Sangha. While Google lists the city as Hartland, the park is East of downtown Merton off Lake Five Road. The meditation will happen on the third Saturday of the month, rain or shine, so dress for the weather.

The September nature meditation will be at the Merton Mill Pond Village Park, September 16, 2023, 9:00 AM. The parking lot is on the East side of Main Street (County VV) in Merton next to the Mill Pond Dam. After we gather we will share a reading and general instructions for the meditation, then spend about twenty minutes quietly experiencing the environment by walking (individually or in small groups) or finding a space to sit and observe the sounds, smells, sights and feel of the space. After, we will gather to share before returning to our individual routines.

This is a free event that meets every Monday that is not a national holiday. Doors open at 6 pm. What is Kintsugi Sangha? Kintsugi is a Japanese art form devoted to enhancing the beauty of a broken object by using gold to accent areas that have been repaired. Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning a community of people devoted to a shared spiritual search.
