For the seventh consecutive year, management and employees from Kirksville Motor Company are making their way around town, giving back to people in the community as part of their Kirksville Motor Company Kind Day (#kmckindDay). On the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 14, KMC employees went to Walmart and Aldi’s to distribute gift cards to help people pay for their groceries, and in the afternoon, a group of them went to the Kirksville Manor Care Center to hand out blankets to residents of the facility. According to Stephanie Anderson, an owner of the company, their goal is to go out into the community to do all sorts of acts of random kindness. They also donate to many of the non-profit organizations in the Kirksville area including Adopt a Child, High Hope, Shelter Workshop and the Kirksville Community Christmas Dinner. ....
