RIBA has announced a winner in this year’s House of the Year contest via the final episode of the Grand Designs: House of the Year program, which aired on the BBC’s Channel 4 earlier today. David Kohn Architects’ The Red House in rural Dorset took home the prize over six other shortlisted.
