Afenyo-Markin Commissions 2 projects; cuts sod for Library and ICT Center LISTEN MAR 3, 2021 The Member of Parliament for Effutu Alexander Afenyo-Markin has commissioned two health facilities in his constituency. The MP has handed over a new Health Directorate to the Ghana Health Service in Effutu. The Project which is located at Atekyedo in Winneba replaces the old structure housing the health directorate.
