Ginkgo (Fritz) is World Champion!
The program Ginkgo, Frank Schneider, has just won the computer chess world championship in the software group, after a playoff against Komodo Dragon. Ginkgo is the main engine of the Fritz 18 program package. It is an improved version of the Engine Fritz18 NNUE that was distributed as a free update to Fritz 18 owners last March. We are happy for Frank Schneider and congratulate heartily! | Photos: ICGA (right: Wolfgang Zugrav)
