Archer Schnieders advanced to the match play portion of the Missouri Amateur on Wednesday. Schnieders (Helias High School) shot a 3-under par 69 in the second and final round of stroke play.
Alex Gentry and Kory Franks both made the cut Tuesday in the Missouri Golf Association’s Stroke Play Championship at Dalhousie Golf Club. Gentry and Franks both shot a 4-over 148 in the first two rounds, shooting a 2-over 74 in each round to put themselves in a tie for 22nd place out of 115 golfers at the midway point of the championship.
