A chartered accountant from Delhi was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing in Bhubaneswar for his suspected participation in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) loan fraud case. The culprit, named as Neeraj Kumar, a resident of Bindapur in Uttam Nagar, appeared before the national capital’s Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.
