One of the patients injured in the Oct. 25 mass shootings in Lewiston, Maine, was released from the hospital on Monday after a 2-1/2 week stay.

Those two patients recovering at Central Maine Medical Center from last month's mass shooting are both in stable condition.

Hospital workers held their hands over their hearts as the patient was wheeled down the hall after a two-and-a-half week stay, hospital officials said.
