In a statement released by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA), the Air Operator Certificate of Comair (Pty) Ltd, with its subsidiary Kulula.com and British Airways, has been suspended.
SA’s airlines are experiencing strong demand ahead of the festive season with expectations of a better December than last year, but there is still some way to go before business returns to pre-Covid levels.
Comair, which operates kulula.com and British Airways in SA, announced on Wednesday that it will be back in the skies from September 1.
