Normal Police have identified the suspected busjacker as Kvon Tooles, 23, from Normal. According to NPD, at about 6:05 a.m., the driver got out of the Timi’s Tour Bus just outside Hyatt Place and when he got back on the bus, Kvon Tooles was in the driver’s seat. He was unarmed.
