10-storey tower block in Warrington town centre could be approved
How the site could look ANOTHER corner of Warrington town centre is set to be home to a new housing development. Plans for an eight to 10-storey housing unit on the corner of Bank Street and Mersey Street will be discussed by councillors on Wednesday. The scheme, on land near to the former DW Gym, would see 80 flats created as well as offices and shops. The existing buildings would be demolished.
