Indictments: Marion man indicted on two separate charges of possession of fentanyl The Marion grand jury indicted a Marion man who was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl and tampering with evidence during the Wednesday session in the Common Pleas Court. Jason Allen Smith, 45, of Marion was arrested on Oct. 11, 2020 and charged with one count of possession of fentanyl, a second-degree felony; and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
