USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin MANITOWOC - The elevator inside the Manitowoc County Courthouse will be out of service starting Wednesday and lasting until mid-April as it undergoes upgrades. Anyone who needs to access the courthouse beyond the first floor and who requires an accommodation is asked to call the department they need access to so an accommodation can be made. If someone is unsure of where they may have business inside the courthouse, they are asked to contact the county clerk's office at 920-683-4003 to be directed to the appropriate office.
