18 prison inmates graduate from NOUN
Views: 433 A total of 18 inmates of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) studying with the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Corrections’ Special Study Centres have graduated. They graduated on Saturday in various fields with various degree certificates.
