D.C.-based Douglas Development adds to holdings on Fourth Avenue South

Woodland Street property offers building, sits next to apartment structure

The building is located at 901 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Blvd. (Charlotte Avenue) and accommodates the local office of Farmington, Connecticut-based Otis Elevator Co. Nashville-based commercial real estate broker and investor Lance Bloom and Charlie Jigarjian and Jonathan Krasner, co-owners of New York-based 7G Realty, now own the property, according to a source with information about the deal and who asked to go unnamed. The addresses of the just-purchased Germantown properties, detailed development plans for which have not been disclosed, are 622 Jefferson St., 600 Jefferson, 609 Madison St. and 1104 Seventh Ave. N. The seller was an LLC that paid $1.2 million for the parcels in July 2013. Of note, one of the parcels had been home to the historic Onyx Building (pictured), which was damaged during the early March tornado and required demolition. J.P.
