The addresses of the just-purchased Germantown properties, detailed development plans for which have not been disclosed, are 622 Jefferson St., 600 Jefferson, 609 Madison St. and 1104 Seventh Ave. N. The seller was an LLC that paid $1.2 million for the parcels in July 2013. Of note, one of the parcels had been home to the historic Onyx Building (pictured), which was damaged during the early March tornado and required demolition. J.P.
