Courts photo A lawyer for a man accused of murder is filing an application to have his client deemed Not Criminally Responsible (NCR) by reason of a mental disorder. On July 26, North Battleford lawyer Andrew Lyster told Lloydminster Provincial Court that defence was filing a 672.11 order for 35-year-old Lance Dwayne Littlewolfe.
