Fort Smith Times Record Nearly one month into 2021, the Greenwood City council finally passed its annual budget. Budgets are usually passed in November or December of the previous year, however, Greenwood has a habit of passing the budget in January over the past few years. Six of the seven counselors voted to pass the budget. Councilman Lance Terry said he abstained because he missed the previous two study sessions.
