(Fargo, ND) -- A plea agreement will allow a Fargo teenager to serve the 30 days he has remaining on his sentence either in jail or on home confinement. Lance Tyler pled guilty to reckless endangerment this week for his role in an incident where another teen was sprayed with brake fluid and lit on fire. Tyler was sentenced to just under a year with all but 33 days suspended.

(Forman, ND) -- Police have arrested a 19-year-old Forman, North Dakota man who's accused of setting a 15-year-old boy on fire. The incident happened on Sunday at a local farm shop, where police say Lance Tyler sprayed the teen with brake fluid and lit him on fire. The incident was caught on video which made the rounds on social media. The victim suffered 3rd-degree burns.
