Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is all set to make use of the Land Pooling Scheme Act to acquire around 164 hectares of land for the proposed Shivdaspura township project. The government will convince landowners to utilize a portion of their land for urban infrastructure development and provide them with developed proportionate land.

Jaipal Singh Chawda, chairman, IDA said, “The acquisition of the land will be beneficial to the land owners and no decision will be taken without considering suggestions of the land owners. Everything will be done under the Land Pooling Act and the owners will not suffer in any way.”
