SLPE wins Hollandse Kust west substation design gig - reNews
Sea & Land Project Engineering (SLPE) has been awarded the detailed design of the Hollandse Kust (West Alpha) offshore substation jacket and foundations. SLPE signed a contract earlier this year with Smulders subsidiary Iemants who, in a joint venture with Engie will deliver this offshore substation as a complete turn-key solution for the Dutch developer TenneT. The jacket structure will be approximately 48 metres high and weigh in the region of 2,200 tonnes. It will be installed in 28 metre water depth to support a topside of approximately 4,000 tonnes.
