To be sure, the party was different this year, but no less festive and fun. Moynihan provided a COVID community update and reported 18 new positive test results reported across all age demographics since Monday's outcall.  "For the same period, the State DPH reported a total of 648 tests for New Canaan residents or a positivity rate of 2.78%.
