Mehtap Önder Joins as Managing Director, GCEX MENA

GCEX, which enables brokers, funds and professional traders to access deep liquidity in digital assets and FX, has been granted two licenses by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the FSA (FTID 17524).

Michael Aagaard, former Head of Foreign Exchange at Saxo Bank has been appointed as Managing Director of GCEX in Denmark. He will be responsible for all GCEX’s activities out of Denmark and GCEX’s growing team in Copenhagen. He will also work closely with Founder and CEO, Lars Holst on strategic growth plans for the organisation.

GCEX, a provider of FX and cryptocurrency liquidity, ended 2021with a total turnover of £1.89 million along with an operating profit of £1.42 million.
