A Montana man, who reportedly led police on a 13-mile pursuit in January that led to a single-vehicle crash, has been indicted on numerous charges by a LaRue County grand jury.
Jacob Rodgers, 29, of Belt, Montana, was indicted on two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer; first-degree wanton endangerment; theft of identity without consent; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle; resisting arrest; giving an officer false identifying information; no license; driving on suspended or revoked license; speeding, 26 mph or more over the speed limit; failure to maintain required insurance; reckless driving and several traffic violations.
