Forget about georgia just to the north. on sunday the state's democratic party along with democrat stacey abrams filed a lawsuit in federal court asking for more ballots to be counted, specifically provisional and absentee ballots. republican brian kemp leads abrams by about 50,000 votes which gives him 53% of the vote. in georgia, if no candidate reaches 50%, there is an automatic runoff. for more on this i'm joined by lau lau laura vargo. it looks like for a runoff to happen, your team would have to come up with 20,000 or more votes. where do you think that would come from? >> you have that ...

To have been 100% reported. every day since the election, there's been, oh, whoops, here's some new votes. so for example, yesterday, on a sunday, we had about 5,000 more votes come in. some of them were provisionals, but the majority of them were actually early votes, election day and mail votes. so they weren't actually 100% reported. stacey abrams got another 5,000 votes yesterday, so those are three areas. as you just said, we're looking for about 20,000 votes to force this race into a runoff december 4. so we're using the courts, we're using every asset we have in the campaign to demand t...
