        คณะรัฐมนตรี เห็นชอบให้ชุดแบบอักษรพระราชทาน "จุฬาภรณ์ลิขิต" เป็นชุดแบบอักษรมาตรฐานราชการไทย แบบที่ 14 ชี้หน่วยงานภาครัฐต้องติดตั้งใช้ภายในปี 2564
        เมื่อวานนี้ (6 กรกฎาคม 2564) ไทยโพสต์ รายงานว่า นางสาวไตรศุลี ไตรสรณกุล รองโฆษกประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เปิดเผยมติคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) เห็นชอบให้ชุดแบบอักษรพระราชทาน จุฬาภรณ์ลิขิต"เป็นชุดแบบอักษรมาตรฐานราชการไทย แบบที่ 14 ตามที่ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์เสนอ
        เพื่อเป็นการจารึกพระนามและเนื่องในวโรกาสครบรอบ 64 พรรษา ของศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมเด็จพระเจ้าน้องนางเธอเจ้าฟ้าจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี และในวโรกาสที่ทรงสำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาทัศนศิลป์ คณะจิตรกรรม ประติมากรรมและภาพพิมพ์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร
        ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ตลอดจนเผยแผ่พระเกียรติคุณและพระมหากรุณาธิคุณในฐานะเจ้าหญิงของปวงประชา และองค์ประธานราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์อย่างกว้างไกลและยิ่งยืนนานและเผยแพร่ต่อประชาชนชาวไทย และใช้ในราชการ รวมถึงผู้คนทั่วโลก สามารถนำชุดแบบอักษรไปใช้อย่างแพร่หลาย เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์และสืบทอดภาษาและตัวอักษรไทย รวมถึงเป็นการจารึกพระนามขององค์ประธานราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์บนโลกดิจิทัล
ความหมาย ชุดแบบอักษรพระราชทาน "จุฬาภรณ์ลิขิต"

สำหรับชุดแบบอักษรพระราชทาน "จุฬาภรณ์ลิขิต" ได้รับการออกแบบให้มีความคล้ายคลึงกับยอดอ่อนของดอกกล้วยไม้พันธุ์ Phalaenopsis Princess Chulabhorn เพื่อเผยแผ่เกียรติคุณและรางวัลระดับนานาชาติที่ทรงได้รับอันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม
        ประกอบด้วยตัวอักษรไทยซึ่งมีโครงสร้างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานโดยมีลักษณะเป็นตัว มีหัว มีปาก มีส่วนประกอบถูกต้องตามอักขรวิธี ไม่มีการประดับลวดลาย รายละเอียดมากจนเกินไป สามารถนำไปใช้ได้หลากหลายลักษณะ จึงเหมาะสมที่จะนำมาใช้ในราชการ
        โดย ครม. เห็นชอบให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐทุกหน่วยงาน ดำเนินการติดตั้งเป็นชุดแบบอักษรมาตรฐานราชการไทย แบบที่ 14 เพิ่มเข้าไปในระบบปฏิบัติการ Thai OS และให้ถือเป็นมาตรฐานของหน่วยงานภาครัฐทุกหน่วย ภายในปี 2564
