中泰信托再度被罚150万元。

7月12日，上海银保监局公布了17张罚单，罚款对象包括上海银行、邮储银行上海分行、农发行上海分行等在内的多家金融机构，合计罚款金额1460万元。其中，中泰信托因多项违法违规行为被罚没150万元。

　　同时基础产业项目也是信托公司收入的重要来源。根据中国信托业协会的调研数据，截至2019年末，有5家信托公司新增基础产业信托收入占其新增信托收入的比例超过50%，有11家信托公司超过30%，有24家信托公司超过10%，最高占比达到61.95%。从行业集中度来看，新增基础产业信托收入排名前五的占比为51.06%，排名前10的占比为72.10%，行业集中度较高。
　　然而，作为信托利润重要来源之一的基础产业项目在近年来却面对着风险上升的挑战。
　　2021年4月，国务院印发的《关于进一步深化预算管理制度改革的意见》谈及防范化解地方政府隐性债务风险多项举措中，包括了清理规范地方融资平台公司，剥离其政府融资职能，对失去清偿能力的要依法实施破产重整或清算。
