Place North West | Warrington 80-unit resi block approved
Sarah Townsend Developer City Centre Projects Holdings has won consent for its 10-storey apartment building on the corner of Mersey Street and Bank Street, known as Bank House. The 80-unit scheme was approved by Warrington Council’s planning committee this week in line with officers’ recommendations. Under the proposals, an existing two-storey office block at the site, called Bank House, would be demolished to make way for scheme designed by Falconer Chester Hall architects.
