Virginia added 3,591 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday as the Lord Fairfax Health District added 109 new cases. The Health Department also reported 135 statewide hospitalizations and 51 deaths on Tuesday. Locally, Clarke County reported one new death. The Lord Fairfax district, which covers Winchester and the counties of Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah and Warren, has a seven-day average of 124 new daily cases.
