Stay at home, officials said Wednesday evening, because this storm was one for the books. A severe snowstorm impacted parts of the country Wednesday into Thursday, and in Pennsylvania, meteorologists said it was the biggest storm in the last few years. In a typical December, Pennsylvanians can expect anywhere between 5 to 8 inches of snow, according to state Meteorologist Jeff Jumper. But like many things with 2020, this isn't a normal December.
