Short delay. and then half an hour later, another delay because we didn't have a terminal to come in to. that took us to about 5:00 in the morning. another delay. kept on going, every hour, every hour. no way to get in. no baggage handler. no staff to receive us. talking about getting a ladder and bringing it out to the runway so we could get off of the plane there. that didn't happen. and then we went to another terminal for american airlines. >> unbelievable. our cnn senior producer lee zieger is on the phone from jfk airport. alease, give us a sense of what happened here and the mood amongs...
