Davao Oro PDLs get livelihood certification

The 24 inmate-scholars who are now certified National Certificate (NC-2) holders show their certificates after passing the national competency exam given by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for their respective courses on Tuesday (February 15, 2022).
