Department accused of empty promises over vandalised school
Buffalo City Metro’s ward 1 councillor Kuhle Ciliza has accused department of education officials of dishonesty and undermining parents and children of the vandalised Pefferville Primary School in East London. The school has no water and electricity due to vandalism totalling R4.6m. It had been rotating classes of two hours per day since schools were reopened on January 18.
