Article content Over the weekend, a smaller, but nonetheless successful, carnival ended for 2021 as a result of the planning and generous sponsorship of local businesses. Pageants Villa Minto crowned its royalty with Florence Hopkins being named 2021 Villa Queen and William Wheesk Villa King.
